On March 22 the Franklin County Arts Council (FCAC) will be presenting the annual FCAC Scholarship Benefit Concert at Faith Baptist Church in Hampton at 2:00 pm followed by a post-concert reception for benefactors held at Rustic Brew from 3:30-5:00 pm.
